Intended use
Used to detect and count E. coli using the membrane filtration method in water and the membrane-agar method in foodstuffs (according to 64 German Food and Feed Code).

Directions
Suspend 31.5 g in 1 l distilled water and heat until completely dissolved. Autoclave at 121C for 15 minutes.
