Levator ani Coccygeus

Levator ani has two parts : pubococcygeus and ileococcygeus.. Pubococcygeus part of the levator ani muscle forms a sling and gives support to vagina..

PERINEAL BODY :
Fibromuscular structure located between the anus and the lower vagina.. Maintains integrity of pelvic floor.. Muscles inserted :
