WHEREAS the Court has received and reviewed a Report of Violation dated the 10th day of February, 2012, submitted by Klayton Duin, of the Department of Corrections of the State of Idaho, Division of Probation and Parole, alleging violation(s) of the terms and conditions of probation previously grant3ed to the Defendatn in the above-entitled matter, the Court finds a substantial and factual basis for believing that the violation(s) has/have been willfully committed by the Defendant; WHEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the defendant shall personally appear before this Court and show cause why he should not be found to have violated the terms and conditions of probation and, if so, why probation should not be revoked; any suspended sentence should not be imposed; withheld judgment revoked; or any other further disposition had in the above-entitled matter. WHEREFORE IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that a BENCH WARRANT replace the Agents Warrant and the Defendant may be detained and may be required to post bail prior to his release.
