Part 1.1 - Backup email on cloud In this example, my primary email account is on live.com and I wish to use gmail.com to back it up. Create another email account on Gmail as backup cloud storage. 1. Go to www.gmail.com, click on CREATE AN ACCOUNT at top right. 2. Fill up the form accordingly. 3. Once account is created, click on Continue to Gmail to go to your inbox. Part 1.2 - Synchronizing 1. On the top right hand corner, click on settings icon > Mail Settings 2. Under Settings, click on Add a POP3 mail account you own 3. A window will pop up, and run through the series with the following settings:

Input email address to backup using default settings

Select ability to send as primary email from backup account

Verify with code from primary email

Part 1.3 Testing 1. Send an email to your primary email account, and see it being received on your backup Gmail account too!
