    Name of work: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 63 KVA Silent DG Set at Managing Director J&K Housing Board office complex, A/D Block Green Belt Park Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. On behalf of Managing Director J&K Housing Board Jammu/Srinagar, sealed tenders affixed with Rs.5/- revenue stamps are invited from Original manufacturer or their authorized registered dealers for the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 63 KVA Silent DG Set at Managing Director J&K Housing Board office complex, A/D Block Green Belt Park Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. Preferred Makes of Prime Movers are Cummins, Kirloskar, Caterpillar, Greaves and Alternator are Stamford, Kirloskar Green, Crompton. The tender shall reach his office on or before 04-08-2010 upto 2.00 PM through registered post, courier or speed post only. The tenders shall be opened at 3 P.M. by the committee to be nominated by the Managing Director on the same day or any subsequent date convenient to him, in presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may wish to be present. The interested tenderers can apply for detailed set of tender document containing the term and conditions of contract and technical specification of the equipment on any working day till 31-072010 (working hours) from the office of the Managing Director J&K Housing Board, A/D Block Green Belt Park Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, against payment of Rs.1000/- in the shape of demand draft drawn in favour of Financial Advisor/CAO, J&K Housing Board, Jammu, after submitting their application with document duly attested for proof of their being Original manufacturer or their authorized registered dealer certificate renewed up to date and annual turnover for similar works executed should not less than Rs.30.00 lacs.
