SYNOPSIS

The topic of this project is COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS. The main objective was to understand how different employees are compensated and types of benefits given to different employees in a company. The company selected for this project is Bata. So the objective is to understand how this company practice the HR concept Compensation and Benefits. As a part of this project I designed one case each for a manager and an executive. Then I discussed the respective case with a manager and an executive and hence recorded their response in a systematic manner. After analyzing the responses collected from the employees, I came out with conclusion that non co-operation is the main problems faced by the group while dealing with difficult peoples. This situation can be handled with the tools like good leadership and co-operation.
