Speech of an Ambassador congratulating an Ambassador to a latters National day

My Lords, afternoon.

His Excellency,

Ladies and Gentlemen,

My beloved friends Good

Its my pleasure, as well as a great honor to speak today to this beautiful homeland that the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia has. Where here gathered at the reception to commemorate the National Day of Serbia the Day of the Army or Candelemas day. As we celebrate the most important date in the modern Serbian history. This Candelamas day is not just a major Christian feast for Serbs commemorating the purification of the Virgin Mary and the presentation of Jesus at the Temple: This day determined the fates of Serbian people on several occasions throughout your history. We all know that Serbia has a closed friendship with the Filipinos. We have lots of OFW who are striving hard to work for their families. In return the Republic of the Philippines wants to congratulate the Embassy of the Serbia for having a new Serbia as one of the developing countries as of this generation. Before I ended up my speech I would like to leave this short passage that one of the diplomat said Diplomats were invented simply to waste time. If you would allow me Ill humbly disagree with this statement because for me Diplomats were invented as a connection with two different countries. Diplomats also serve as a bridge to connect and help those countries in need. I would like to use this opportunity to extend my deepest gratitude to His Excellency Mr.__________ for inviting me here. These words also refer to the Choir of Serbia, who outstanding performed Serbia and Philippines National Anthem well Again congratulations and pursue your dreams and advocacy Long Live SERBIA!
