Rat anti-mouse CD45R mAb (Clone RA3-6B2) reacts with surface molecule CD45R, also known as B220.

An isoform of CD45 (220kD), CD45R is expressed on B cells at all stages of development and reported expression also on subsets of T and NK cells. CD45 is a member of the Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase (PTP) family and RA3-6B2 reacts with an epitope on the extracellular domain of the trans- membrane CD45 glycoprotein whose expression is exon A restricted and contains specific carbohydrate residues.
