By signing and submitting this form to the Hume Area Office, I agree that I have read, understand, and agree to the following: I am committing myself to live in Hume Hall for the Fall 2012 / Spring 2013 academic year and will be unable to change to a different building for Fall 2012 / Spring 2013 for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, if I am unable to secure a single room in Hume Hall, my preferred roommate is not eligible for Hume Hall, etc. I must also complete a Fall 2012/ Spring 2013 housing contract by following the process set out in the Signup for Campus Housing Fall 2011 / Spring 2012 publication found here: http://www.housing.ufl.edu/liveon/re-contract.pdf I must select a room during the Room Selection process outlined in the Room Selection Fall 2012 / Spring 2013 publication found here: http://www.housing.ufl.edu/liveon/roomsignup.pdf

I must be in good standing with the UF Honors Program (have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA as of the end of Fall 2011) to select a room in Hume Hall.
