I was caught up in a lifestyle of drugs, sexual perversion, and mischief. I was a troubled teenager that came from a broken home and was hurt by a divorced family. My hurts and wounds were things that I did not know how to overcome and all I knew to do was self-medicate myself. Caught up in many different drugs I became a depressed and purposeless addict. One day I met Bobby Torres and he began to tell me about a better way of living. He taught me about a life that had freedom, purpose and happiness. I knew that what he was saying was true and I always wanted that. Bobby has been like a father to me and has walked with me through a lot of my struggles and immaturities in life. Bobby has been committed and dedicated to me as a person and because of his willingness to coach me and offer father-like wisdom, I have matured and grown into a successful man. Today I am married to a beautiful woman and have a beautiful 2 year old son. I have a great job and great friends. As a Pastor at Spirit Life Church, I now reach out to hurting youth at my Church and help them in the ways that I was once helped. My life has been transformed by someones love and commitment to me and I now reciprocate that to others. I am so thankful to Bobby and Ceci Torres who have shown me the love of parents that I never really knew.
