efficiency Energy Cooking Competition (EEC)

Abstrak
A project have been made to build up a tool that can be needed to trap solar energy efficiently for cooking. Based on the theme of portable, practical, presentable, and efficient, the nature supreme cooker was made. With the net weight of only 1.42 kg it is able to Trap heat as high as 55.0 C which is enough to pasteurize water.

Objektif
1. To gain sufficient energy for cooking food and pasteurizing water. 2. To reduce the use of fossil fuels. 3. To reduce the effect of pollution in nature. 4. To use the solar power as the first priority in alternative energy. 5. To overcome the problem of clean water shortage.

Teori Sainifik

SCIENTIFIC THEORY
Solar cooker work by using heat from the sun. Solar cooker works only on sunny days and of course it will not work during night time nor rainy days. Many hours are needed to cook the food in the portable solar cooker.

Our sunny cooker works based on three basics principles which are
The black surface of the kettle will absorb the heat from the sun and then heat the water .

Light Refraction
This concept occur by transparent plastic. Transparent plastic allow light from the sun into the cooker.

Greenhouse Effect
This concept occur when light is able to get through transparent object but heat still trap on the natural cooker. The trapped heat then help the Natural Cooker to gain heat.

Heat Absorber
Black is good heat absorber and will help the natural cooker to gain heat from sunlight. Heat is attracted to an opaque object.

Heat Storage
As the insulator increases, the ability of box to hold heat increases. The energy is being hold by the insulator, keeping the warm heat in the box.

TRAPPING THE HEAT

Kesimpulan

 Furthermore,as the cooker is very affordable and reasonable which is RM 27.30,so the poor can make or buy this cooker. Lastly,using this cooker,we also can encourage the teenagers being more aware with the nature around them.
