Dont go too much technical details 70% of the slide must be filled rest must be empty Font size heading 44 side heading 36 text 32 font times new roman or arial

Organization of the presentation

First slide--- title briefly give the abstract of the title mention the names of workers (if discussing a paper) Go in a problem and solution type of approach in presenting Discuss the problem and background of the work and how the work overcame the challenges Go from a generalized concept to a specific point of work ans thus most will get involved This should be done in not more than 3 slides Next discuss design of method and techniques Then major findings

Final conclusion

Write main points only Use simple language Use points but not sentences

While giving findings dont give large tables if unavoidable highlight important ones Message should not be ambiguous DONT SAY IT SHOW IT IF any one asks about that which you dont be frank and say I dont have a valid comment on it or welcome answer from them by saying that what I think is this and I would welcome any better answer if you have any Keep extra slides by anticipating the questions from the spectators mostly mechanisms
