The Party of the First Part has agreed for bringing and dropping the student of the party of the Second Part from their place of residence to the School, and back from the School to their place of residence with utmost care in the following buses : MH-01-L7014, MH-01-L7062, MH -01MH-01-L7073, MH-01-L7103, MH -01MH-01-L7132, MH-01-L7138, MH -01MH-01-7382, MH-01-L7450, MH -01MH-01-LA8299, MH-01-LA8300, LA8314, and MH-01-LA8323.     2. The period of Contract/Agreement between the Party of the First Part and the Party of the Second Part for the above mentioned service would be till revocation. 3. It is hereby agreed between the Parties that in the event either of the Party wishes to discontinue the Contract/ Agreement before the expiry date, then in that event either of the Party should give three months prior notice to the other Party informing about such discontinuation of the service. 4. The Party of the First Part is free to change the aforesaid buses, its make, model and registration No. during the course of this agreement. 5. As the bus service pertain only to bringing and dropping children, tax exemption is applicable and Rs.100/- (Rupees Hundred Only), be charged per seat, per annum for the afore mentioned vehicles.
