A Bracket missing at Frame 51 in way of GB locking device Red entry at Frame 138 "Side Shell structure and forecastle deck construction in this area is not cleared, please submit" All the holes in the cylinder foundation to be closed. At Frame 153, lower end bracket of anchor pocket is missing Permanently attached closing appliances to be provided for spurling pipes to reduce water ingress. Details of Inspection opening of Chain locker to be submitted to GLHO for approval. Bracket missing at two ends. Centre Lightening hole area to be reduced by insert plate Mooring substructure for poop deck - Star board side not ready for inspection. (already covered by insulation) Air pipes and Ventilation pipes on Freeboard deck to strengthened by brackets. Freeing port details including maindeck forward (between cargo hold and forecastel BHD) to be submitted to GLHO for examination. Also seen that no freeing port is provided.
