There are Two (2) ways, first is by walking, and second is by means of transportation ,Lets start the first one, assuming that you are in the School gate facing the hospital you have to turn to the right and walk straight following the National Highway, there youll find the Church of Mormons about 300 meters ahead, go straight till you reach Biocrystal Refilling Station at your left side, following the National Road, walk straightly and you can find Saint Francis College at your right side just for about 1000 steps ahead, now you get closer to Bateria Bridge, just keep on walking until you reach the bridge. Going down dont be confused by the road intersections just keep going straight until you will find the Cere Bus Terminal and Villa Garcia Hotel from the distance, this time stop following the National Road and follow the path where the hotel is located just keep on walking until you reach the boulevard and by following it you will reach Cabo Wabo Bar n Grill. Now youre already in a cool place, so sit down, order a bottle of an Ice Cold Beer and get refreshed and relaxed!!!! Now lets talk about the second way, first, ride a tricycle, or Ceres bus, if youre riding a tricycle just tell the driver that youll stop at Villa Garcia Hotel and if you reach there you can now walk to reach Cabo Wabo, it is the same way by commuting Ceres bus but you need to stop at the terminal, after you reach the terminal, follow the road directly to Villa Garcia Hotel and walk tell you reach Cabo Wabo Bar n Grill.
