Preparation

In 3 liter pot pour the milk, put over high heat and adding baking soda, when you release the boil, lower the heat to medium and add the sugar, salt, vanilla and spices, and moves with the help of a shovel or spoon to the bottom to prevent sticking. The eggnog made with this technology is approximately five months shelf life under refrigeration or in a cool place at room temperature for three months.
