Craft Analyser is an automated system that can be useful to

employees and the managers in any functional organization. CA gives the facility to define the tasks in the organization and also allows the managers to track the efforts spent by the employee for that particular task. A report generation facility is supported in CA that allows the managers to analyze which are those skills by employee are utilized and those which are not utilized. This tool can help managers to track the employee activities and summarize all related activities with the total hours spent and percentage efficiency utilized and generate a report for the same. Functionality: 1. Login and Registration Each user of this system should register him self with personal details and skill set. User will select a manager from drop down list. User becomes authenticated user when Manager approves him (Employee allocation screen). 2 Task allocation Screen Manager will allocate the task to user by using this screen. If employee is the user then he/she will be able to assign a task to self. Each task should be associated with minimum one skill set. 3. Task define Screen Manager will add a new task in task database by using this screen 4. Effort capture screen Employee will use this screen to capture the efforts spent on each task every day. The efforts are in terms of minutes. Employee can mark the efforts for a day till day+2. 5 Employee Allocation Screen Manager will allocate an employee under him/her by using this screen. An auto email will be sent to the employee who has requested for allocation 6 Employee De-allocation Screen Manager will use this screen to de allocate an employee under him. 7. Submit a weekly report to his superior. 8. View the submitted and the non-submitted reports. Modify the nonsubmitted report. 9. Manager will check the report and approve the tasks. 10.
