Quiet Leadership

1. The actions of a leader speak louder than his or her words. 2. People are motivated when you give them credit rather than take it yourself. 3. Ego and aggression are neither necessary nor constructive.

Example:
Grumpy Gloria (Amber) is the front desk supervisor at the Quiet Inn. Leader, Lidia is the assistant manager of the front desk. The new girl, Francine, is a front desk agent and being on trained on how to greet guests. After a guest leaves Gloria comes up and reprimands Francine for not greeting the customer correctly. Noticing that follower Francine is having trouble learning the proper greeting, Lidia takes matters into her own hands and approaches the customer herself. She displays a huge smile and greets the customer saying Hi, I am Lidia, thank you for staying with us today and welcome to the Quiet Inn, how can we help you today?
