USAID - Changing Lives

Exhibition, March 22nd, 2012, Photos HERE USAID Changing Lives was the title of the exhibition opened today at the American Corner in Tetovo, which aims to present and mark the 18th anniversary of existence and help provided by the American people through USAID, an agency that strongly supports the efforts of Tetovo citizens and Macedonian citizens in general in improving the educational system, improving the business climate and improving the living standard. The members of American Corner Tetovo, School Directors, Business Leaders, NGO Representatives as well as Representatives from the Tetovo Municipality gathered for the opening ceremony of the exhibition, by the warm remarks of the General Director of USAID, Mr. Robert Wuertz. Speaking about the 18 years of functioning of USAID in Macedonia and its 50th Anniversary around the world, Mr. Wurtz also mentioned that the mission that he leads enforces the friendship of the American People with the People in Macedonia. The exhibition will be opened for 10 days for the members of the Corner and all Tetovo citizens, and then it will travel to be shown in Bitola, Struga and Strumica.
