How does your product represent particular social groups (gender, age, ethnicity, class, religion)

In our film we mainly focus on female viewers, this is because our genre is drama and romance. As we all know romance and drama is favoured by mostly women reason for this is because we have researched several romance films and they mostly show that women who watch their film like deep passion moments and to put themselves in the characters place.

Religion maybe be a problem, reasons for this is because some religions may tolerate less then others for example Islam, Sikh, Hinduism maybe more strict and cultured then other religions. So attracting people in pacific religions maybe be difficult task, however we could achieve it successfully.

The age range that our film mainly attracts are teenagers and young adults, reason for this is because our characters are teenagers and its set in a stereotypical high school with a mean prom queen.

Are film attracts wide range of ethnicity, because the characters are not all one race for example the two main characters Jasmine is Asian and Jacob is white. Also since its set in a high school you tend to see a wider range of ethnicity

The kind of class are film attracts are mainly working class and maybe middle class, reason for this is because of there use of language, location, dress sense fit in with working class people.
