Introduction In this assignment we are set to do our last commponent of fitness and do the tests required for it and

see if we have improved since our last time. But for my last commponent of fitness I chose was strength but i do no longer want to do that so i am doing Cardio Vascular Endurance (This is the ability of our heart and lungs work for a prelonged period of time without becoming fatigued). I have been training for that for a long time after school so i am going to retest that.

Analysis I will measure how I have improved using principals of SPORT and normative data. I will do this by doing a table, before and after and then the difference. I will not only do my score on the table, I will also find out other peoples scores. To do that I will go to my PE class and ask my friends there.

Planning/Recording

We use the FITT prcipals. These are Frequency=How often we do it. Intensity= so you work as hard as you can. Type= what component of fitness you are working on. Time= How long you are going to do it for. Recording For example Monday-3 mile run Tuesday-interval training Wednesday-3 mile run Thursday-Rest day Friday- 8 laps of the field Saturday-5 mile run Sunday-Rest

So this shows me that i have not been working hard enough. So i need to keep on working every day to get better, and in the future i will do this again and see if i have improved again.
