Slow response of the schools Computer Services Office (CSO) in repairing/ troubleshooting computers at laboratories and fixing the

DLP system at classrooms.

Installation of Intercom (intercommunication device) and CCTV (Closed-circuit Television) System to be managed by the schools CSO.

Intercom serves as a convenient way of calling the CSO personnel if a computer in a laboratory is having a problem, the same goes to the DLP system of each classroom. This solution will not only give convenience to students and teachers but also in the CSO personnel in distributing their workforce.

CCTV to be installed will also help in monitoring the students activities in classrooms and computer laboratories, this will also help the CSO personnel to see if all units are working properly and can action immediately after a problem is sighted

Installation of Mini Touch screen PC with VoIP technology and GUI and CCTV (Closed-circuit Television) System to be managed by the schools CSO.

Mini Touch screen PC serves as a convenient way of calling and reporting the CSO personnel if a computer in a laboratory is having a problem, the same goes to the DLP system of each classroom. This solution will not only give convenience to students and teachers but also in the CSO personnel in distributing their workforce.

The intercom and PTT buttons will be included and controlled on the touch screen. The microphone and audio capabilities are built into the PC. This will enable the professor in each class to report any problem over VoIP regarding the schools equipment directly to the CSO. There will also be a report button for sending

information of the problems directly to the CSO system for record purpose and in case if VoIP lines are busy.
