    Star Childrens Book Astronomy Project Procedure You will write and illustrate a childrens book about stars.

    The following questions must be answered in your book. You will then read your book to the class. Refer to chapters 11 through 13 in your textbook. 1. How are stars born?

    2. How do stars make energy and maintain their stability?

    3. What are main sequence stars like?

    4. What are stars not on the main sequence like (dwarfs and giants)?

    5. How do stars evolve after they exhaust hydrogen?

    6. What evidence do astronomers have that stars really do evolve?

    7. How will the sun die?

    8. Why are their so many white dwarfs?

    9. What happens if an evolving star is in a binary system?

    10. How do massive stars die?
