Washing condition: 1. Cold (ambient temp) 2. Hot (40oC)ACETIC ACID (conc.):0.5grm/L for neutralizing(not necessary for MCT dyes) 3. Hot (90oC) Non-ionic detergents (surfacants) soaping with Sando clean: DTC, PC-LF, KDS.. So much good detergents for washing processif available HOSTAPAL MRN liquid (CLARIENT): 5grm/L Or Dekol RSA or KIELALON A (BASF): 5grm/L 4. Hot (90oC) 5. Hot (80oC) 6. Hot (60oC) Cold rinsing Drain at first box and water inlet flow from 6th box. Machine speed 60 meters/ min

Why we use non ionic or ionic detergents. By ionic charge:

An-ionic: those develop a negative charge on the water solubilizing end. Cat-ionic: those develop a positive charge on the water solubilizing end. Non-ionic: those develop a no ionic charge on the water solubilizing end. Non ionic surfactants: Many non ionic surfactants or detergents are based on the reaction of ethylene oxide with certain hydrophobes...The word hydrophobe is used to define water insoluble, lyophilic molecules which will be converted into a surfactant by appropriate reactions. Surfactants work at 40c and some surfactants works at 90c...polyglycol ether base detergents use in cold water avoided in hot waterif water is hard it should be made soft with Sequestrating agent CMC C5H7O4 COONA...anionic chemical...its size removes with warm wash very easily after non ionic detergent treatment. Or mix an ionic and non ionic detergents in equal quantitythis treatment will remove CMC, SODIUM ALGINATE, and GUARGUM cross linking thickener size particles
(All the above details have been given in good faith)
