REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS N1115/S/NCB/RDB/T&M/GoR/11 TITLE: PROVISION OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES (BDS) AND MANAGEMENT OF BDS CENTRES.

FUNDING: ORDINARY BUDGET5 CLIENT: RDB Rwanda Development Board (RDB) hereby invites proposals from national competent firms/companies for the provision of Business Development Services (BDS) and Management of BDS Centres located in the districts of Rwanda, as indicated in the terms of references included in the request for proposal. These BDS centers will be brought to the market in three separate contract packages (lots) each covering one province. Bidders are allowed to bid for any number of lots of their choice. However bidders will not be awarded more than two lots to enhance competition and maximize quality levels of services. The tender is divided into 3 (three) lots as follows: Lot 1: Northern Province Lot 2: Southern Province Lot 3: Western Province Participation is open on equal conditions to all firms/companies specialized in the field of the assignment through national Open Tender. Proposal documents can be obtained from Rwanda Development Board building located at GISHUSHU NYARUTARAMA road P.O. Box: 6939 Kigali-Rwanda from 30/11/2011, in Procurement Office, 4th floor. The firm/company shall be chosen through a selection method based on the quality based selection (QBS) according to prescribed procedures in the Request for Proposals document. Technical proposals must be presented in the same envelope showing the nature of the offer concerned.
