Multiplan is the first Brazilian company from the real estate and shopping center sectors to receive an investment grade on global scale by Standard & Poors. On the national scale, the credit-rating agency increased Multiplans rating from brAA+ to brAAA, the highest credit rating assigned by Standard & Poor's.
