Hi Girum, Here is what the Delta Support replied -----------------------------------------------------------Sorry but it 's very hard to assist with this

problem. We know that Delta-bank is setup OK. We know that in your test environment it is ok you noticed in live that it opened notepad in user management. good remark but : so you changed default printer

as i mentioned step before there is also TTY. If TTY is setup (it is you case /dev/%COMPUTERNAME%) is priority taken into table 097 for key = %COMPUTERNAME%.
