How to buy property without interest? We take an example of buying a home in partnership with Global.

A person wants to buy a home that has a value of 1000000 kr. The property is purchased jointly with Global. The buyer pays a deductible of 100000 kr. and thus owns 10% of the property. Global's share is 900000 kr. thereby obtaining 90% of the property. It shall be agreed upon an amount the buyer will pay each month. In this example, the amount is 8000 kr. Out of the 8000 kr. in the first month 3000 kr. goes to Global as rental of 90% of the house, and 5000 kr. for the purchase of the property from Global. Next month our partner owns 10.50% of the property and Global owns 89.50%, hence 2983 kr. goes to Global as rental for 89.50% of the house, and the rest, 5017 kr. goes to the buying. After 12 years our partner owns 100% of the House. According to this example, our partner will pay a total of 900000 kr. + 230000 kr. (as rental) = 1130000 kr.
