The original recipe of Pepsi was Caleb created the Pepsi-Cola invented Company in 1902. in 1898 by Caleb Bradham and was first called Pepsi-Cola.

In 1965, the Pepsi-Cola Company merged with Frito-Lay, Inc. to becomePepsiCo, Inc. After the Company entered bankruptcy during the Great Depression, the trademark was traded several times throughout the 1920s and 1930s.

PepsiCo arrived in Vietnam in 1994 with 2 products: Pepsi and 7Up.
