    PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY IS TWO FOLD: (1) to explore whether post-implementation maintenance of an ERP system has a positive and significant impact on business performance (2) to examine whether a knowledge management mechanism can foster the effect of post-implementation maintenance of an ERP system on business performance.
