Have an adult help you weigh the newspapers you collect on a scale. Round the weight to the nearest pound and record it at the bottom of this page. On Friday, April 20, bring your newspapers and this sheet to school with you. Earn 1 point for every pound of newspapers you collected. or 2) Drop off your newspapers at the Wamego newspaper-only recycling trailer from today-April 20 and receive 2 points for every pound you collect. Dont forget to bring this note, signed by a parent, back to school by Friday, April 20. Remember, an adult must sign your page and verify the weight of your newspapers.
* It is important that absolutely no other paper items be included with your newspapers. Paper items such as magazines, telephone books, junk mail, and children's school papers can be recycled in the other recycling trailer. Also, please remove all plastic and paper bags and string from newspapers.
