Job Title: Participant Experience Internship Location: Downtown Minneapolis, MN Hours: 20-30 hours per week (dependent on student availability and internship requirements). Flexible hours available. Engines innovative Dynamic Leaders Program (DLP) is a leadership development for emerging leaders that combines a team-based stretch assignment, curriculum, and meaningful networking. Large (Fortune 500), and mid-size organizations partner with Engine to support their corporate social responsibility, leadership development, attraction, retention and engagement strategies. Located in a renovated storefront in a prime location downtown Minneapolis, Engine provides a fun, and energetic atmosphere while completing very meaningful work. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct research and participant interviews to gather feedback and make recommendations for program enhancements Create tools and templates to support participants in the DLP Enhance program metrics to capture qualitative and quantitative feedback from participants and their managers Manage Basecamp, Engines project management tool Develop standard operating procedures to be used in supporting strategy for national expansion Research and analyze other US Cities to support national expansion strategy Key Skills: Ability to work in a highly ambiguous, entrepreneurial culture is a must Must be a highly organized, and detail oriented Self-starter who will take initiative on projects / tasks Preferred experience with statistical analysis and calculating return-on-investment Compensation: Students may receive course credit upon completion of the internship To Apply: To apply, please send a resume to Mindy Flood at MFlood@PoweredbyEngine.com.
