If a permanent consumer finds any incorrect data in the billing like Name/Address, category etc. then he/she will make the request on plain paper for correction.

After registering grievance go to Commerical module to process further steps. on the home screen of commercial module registered grievance type will be shown from where it can be processed further.
Step 2 Consumer Category Correction Consumer category can be corrected through following window. (click on the left edit box to make required changes)
Step 3: SDO Approval: After changes are made, application goes to concerned SDO for approval.
Step 4: Close Grievance: After changes are approved by SDO, the application needs to be closed through following window.
