How to 1. Close off your right-nostril with your right thumb. 2. INHALE through your left-nostril (deeply). 3. Release your thumb from your right-nostril, and EXHALE through your right-nostril while covering your left-nostril. 4. Close off your left-nostril, and INHALE exclusive through your rightnostril. 5.
