    Submitting Technology Work Orders is part of my job. If a teacher wants to install a certain program or if they have problems with their computers, I try to correct the problem but if I am unable to then I submit a work order to our tech department.

    us Mar 21 (5 days ago) to me, echase Cathy Braddy Your work order (#203732) in ECPS, Carver, C-Building, 4th Grade Bld, Media for: "workstation 1 needs Adobe Flash Player installed. I have installed but when you cut the computers off you have to reinstall again. Also needs Firefox installed. Same problem as the Adobe." has been completed and closed. The following problems/action was found/taken: Terrell, Ryan [3/20/2012]:Reinstalled Adobe AIR, Shockwave, and Flash Player, which stopped the Adobe AIR update from popping up on login. Made sure Firefox was installed on the stations and removed some misc. software. If this did not correct the issue and you are still having problems, please reply to this email and it will be reassigned.
