    What is a friend, I sometimes like to ask? What is a friend behind the public mask? A friend picks you up when youre feeling down, A friend can help you turn your life around.

    Ever changing, like seasons in the year, Acquaintances, come and then disappear. As if fixed by some invisible rope, A true friend remains, giving trust, love, hope.

    But a friend can have more foibles than us, A friend must be, without making a fuss, Someone with whom we like to spend our time, Someone who helps when we cant find the rhyme.

    Thank you for being our friend, May our friendship never end.
