Irish ales are malty, smooth, medium-bodied, and most, like our kit, are a deep copper-red color that is created by a blend of specialty malts.
Sir Tommys Purrfect Porter
An assertive black ale dominated by roast-coffee and chocolate character and hop bitterness. Toffee-like maltiness and citrusy hop flavor are in there as well, with a medium-full body and lingering roast malt/hop bitterness before a bittersweet finish.
Abis Groomed and Ready Farmhouse Pale Ale
English pale ales are generally maltier, sweeter, and less aggressively hopped than the American version. Our kit produces a slightly caramelly, copper-brown, medium-bodied ale with a flowery, fruity bouquet and subtle bitterness from English hops.
