Share opportunities through the sharepoint; Update the opportunities file once a week; Involve Global Planning when there is no opportunity in LATAM;

Importer Market Group

Identify transfer opportunities across the Region; Negotiate directly with the Market which has the excess; Place PO; Involve Regional Planning when there is no opportunity in LATAM; Involve Regional Planning when some issue occur in the process;

Exporter Market Group

Confirm availability of the material; Inform quotation and CoA (certificate of analysis); Feed importer with dispatch information; Keep the planner list update into sharepoint; 3
