ABSTRACT

Purpose of this study was to obtain data emperis Science learning
outcomes that gain learning with cooperative learning method with jigsaw
type lecture method.
Research was conducted at SDN Jaya Laksana 03 and SDN Sindang
Sari 01 district cabangbungin. samples were taken using simple random
sampling technique.
Data collection is done by using multiple-choice test instruments and
essay, analyzed with the test for normality, homogeneity test, both the
experimental class and control class.
Results of tests of normality using normality test result data liliefors to
learn about human digestion experiments showed that the price class Lcount
price 0,108 and Lcount control class price 0,139. Adapun harga Ltable at
significance level = 0,05 and n = 30 is 0,161. Therefore, both the price
Lcount < Ltable, then the conclusion is data on both classes are normally
distributed.
Homogeneity test results show that the price Fcount of 0,58, while the
price Ftable at significance level = 0,05 with degrees of freedom of 1,85.
Therefore Fcount <Ftable (0,58 <1,85), then both classes are homogeneous.
After test requirements analysis, hypothesis test is then performed
using t-test. Based on the results of the t-test calculations, obtained tcount price
of 5,08, while the price of a Ttable at significance level = 0,05 and df = 58 is
equal to 1,68. Therefore the price tcount > Ttable (5,08> 1,68), then Ho is
rejected and H1 accepted which means there are differences in learning
outcomes sciene about significant human digestive tract Among students who
have learning through cooperative learning method with jigsaw type of
students who have learning through lecture approach.
The implications of research results is that the type of jigsaw
cooperative learning methods can provide beneficial changes to the results of
science learning about the human digestive tract. Type of jigsaw cooperative
learning method is one alternative that is used as a strategy for science
learning.
