Philosophy I believe in fair and equal learning environment for all students no matter what race, religion, back

round or disability the student may have or come from. Students deserve to be in an educational setting in which they feel safe and open to express their feelings, desires or instructional needs without any fear. Students should experience a diverse setting in which creates a stimulating atmosphere that expands their knowledge in all studies. Just like Michael Fullan Stated in Power of the Principal is it imperative that the administrator model hope and optimism, life long learning and caring as well as celebrate and building upon student success. I believe as teachers we are not only in the room to lead the students through educational gains but also to create a situation for them to succeed which gains self esteem for them. Through self confidence these students open up to learning and there experiences in school become more positive and engaging.
