Currently on my educational journey I feel as though everything is starting to fall in place.

Teaching at the high school level I have gained many valuable resources in colleagues who have vast amount of experience and different techniques in which they feel work the best. This is my 3rd year at Wellington High School and through teaching Special Education Math as well as covering for assistant principles/providing extra assistance on a daily basis my eyes are truly open wide. The tasks I take on everyday helps me learn and mold the clay in which I am today. Shadowing as well as sitting in for the APs give me on the job experience for what it will be like when hopefully someday I am in their shoes. Within a couple years from now I will hope to have found the certain niche that I best fit in with for being an assistant principal. Wither it be dealing with ESE, Testing, Scheduling or Disciplinarian I would like to create a situation for myself in which I can best succeed at and thus help the school succeed. Making an impact with the students as well as within the school is very important.
