    ORDER Defendants attorney Mark Overall is hereby found to be in direct criminal contempt of court for conduct observed by the undersigned in open court on April 10, 2012. Specifically, the court observed and heard the said attorney as he laughed during the presentation of evidence by the State. The court also notes that this attorney had repeatedly engaged in similar conduct in a previous trial of this case, and that the attorney was cautioned against continuing to engage in this conduct. The said attorney is fined $100.00 and ordered to pay any court costs incurred by the court in connection with this contempt citation. The payment of the fine shall be paid to the Circuit Clerks Restitution Recovery Account, and the payment shall be made by the close of business on April 11, 2012. A copy of this order shall be provided to the said attorney.
