Dear Parents and CHS Class of 2012 Seniors: On May 21, 2012 at 10:00a.m.

, the CHS faculty and staff will honor all seniors who have received awards, scholarships, and/or special recognition from a university, community service group, or organization. This business casual ceremony will be held in the CHS Auditorium. The CHS Spring Awards Ceremony Reporting Form for scholarships, awards, and grants is enclosed. This documentation is due to Mrs. Janice Micheaux in the Commons Office no later than April 30th, 2012 by 2:30p.m. Please document any award received so it can be included in the senior awards/recognition program. If an award, scholarship, or recognition is pending and not finalized by April 30th, 2012, it will not be included in the program due to printing deadlines. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience. Please note that only those seniors who have completed and returned the enclosed form will be recognized.
