What are the significant findings of your submitted articles? This study showed that the environmental factors are related to mental and general health in health care workers. Hence to have healthier health care workers with higher mental health conditions and better functional status the hospital environments should be restructured. However further studies should be carried out to obtain more definite results.

How findings of this research work are unique in their nature?

This is the first time that research about this theme in Iran.
