LTD. 7 Khullar Farms, Mandi Road, Mehrauli, New Delhi 110030, for all invoices generated through the usage of the above mobile number. This is to undertake that our company will be responsible for the payment during the rented period. In case of any loss or damage to the sim card, our company will be liable for the payment. We have read and understood the term and conditions provided in the CAF and acknowledge that the tariff plan, selected and applicable rates form part of the agreement and we agree to be bound by the same.
