SHERIFF ARPAIO CONTINUES TO CRACKDOWN ON SUSPECTS USING FALSE IDS

31 Arrested in Morning Operation

(Tempe, AZ) Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio says subsequent to an

investigation involving serious crimes of ID theft, his deputies conducted the 58th employer sanction/identity theft operation this morning when they executed a search warrant involving 34 suspects using stolen identifications, a felony charge. Acting on a source, an investigation of the 21st Century Healthcare located at 2100 block of S. Wilson Street in Tempe was initiated. The factory was suspected of currently employing numerous suspects, all using false identifications. Sheriffs Deputies arrested 31 suspects during the course of the operation. The investigation is continuing. In the previous 57 employer sanctions/identity theft operations, 100% of all suspects found to be committing identity theft to gain employment were illegal aliens. Arpaio says, Illegal aliens are stealing identities of U.S. citizens to gain employment which escalates our unemployment problems. I dont believe we should tolerate this. Arpaio stresses that one of the benefits of these employer sanctions/identity theft operations is that they open up job opportunities for legal citizens. The Maricopa County Sheriffs office has investigated, arrested on the streets and in the jails over 51,000 illegal aliens.
