Instructions / Definitions:
1. List all outcomes you plan to complete from now until the next meeting or date due. 2. An outcome is a declaration (worded as a having) that is specific (a particular someone(s), something, in time), measurable, and a result (it either happens or it doesnt). Outcomes are not actions; actions flow from outcomes. Outcomes are pictures in your mind of a future creation. 3. List all the resources available to you in completing the outcomes: people, time, money, equipment, information. Create as long a list as possible. You declare a resource into existence by saying so.
