Dear Vodafone customer care,

Im a corporate user of your mobile telephony service since Jan 2010. I would like to bring to your notice my grievance to your notice for immediate action to restore the relationship. I was allotted plan no 199 initially. However, since I was charged for roaming charges Id applied for change in plan which was roaming free. I made this application in July 2010. However, the change was not incorporated and I was continued to charge as per earlier plan and was thus paying for roaming charges without getting noticed. The same came to my notice in August / September 2010 after which I immediately called up the customer care center and placed a complaint. The roaming charges accounted for almost 50% of the bill amount. I also informed the customer care executive to adjust for the roaming charges paid during these 2 months against future billing which I found was not done. Bill for September 2010 Rs.800 which was therefore not paid by me. I visited your store at Kalyan (W) to register a written complaint. However, I was told that the store could not register any complaint since it was a corporate plan. In such scenario I would suggest you demand the amount outstanding from the ex-employer under which I was allotted this number. I wish to inform you that till date Ive not received a single communication from your company on this matter. Thus, Im writing this complaint as a pro-active measure from my side failing any initiative from you. Request you to kindly take note of this and redress my grievance at the earliest to restore the relationship. I request you to rectify the error/charges levied to me due to your deficient customer service and regularize the account. Call charges thereafter, if any will be paid by me without any late payment or any other charges since no charges can be levied on disputed amount.

Regards, Niranjan Kulkarni
