During the period of hire, the Hirer is expected to maintain the hired equipment in running
order at his/her own expense (except for warranty issues).

In case of loss or theft of all or part of the equipment, the Hirer will be liable to continue
payments according to the above schedule.

The Hirer can request (in writing, with at least 14 days notice) to shorten the agreed payment
schedule, by increasing payment amounts, as long as the resulting salary does not breach
Minimum Wage requirements. There will be no change to the total amount to be paid.

must be satisfied when the agreement is made. If they are not, the owner cannot enforce the agreement against you
without a court order.
