Organisational Aims

The FA aims are to encourage grass routes football for local football clubs, also to promote the many national football teams that play for England, also to encourage more people to become referees and officials.

Target Groups

The target groups would be in general the English public will be the target groups for the England international games , also the fa targets young footballers , this would be because of there input in grass routes football.

Standards of Facilities and Services

Expected to be high due to the amount of funding they receive from the government and private sponsors. Also the national stadiums are going to be built to a high standard as well due to the funding and well trained staff.

The FA get funding from governing funding like lottery funding and non and private investment s like sponsorships like Vauxhall and Mars. Also the money that England gain from home games at the Wembley stadium the money that they get from tickets. The FA work with volunteer sports organisations like local armature football clubs to try and improve grass roots football , with there funding for better facilitys and better coachs.

The FA dont have members as such, but what they do is that they take a profit from the England football games.
